VMN nNOS Gene Knockdown Effects on VMNdm versus VMNvl GABAergic Nerve Cell Glucokinase (GCK) mRNA Levels in Eu- or Hypoglycemic Male Rats. Individual VMNdm and VMNvl GAD-ir neurons were harvested by laser-catapult-microdissection for multiplex gene expression analysis including GLUT2.
