Control: IL-6 positive (red) in few endothelial cells of control panels (white arrows) and faint or no signal in neurons and in glia cells in (yellow stars). DRG from OxPt-treated rat: shows low intensity for IL-6 in the periphery of neurons and glia cells (yellow arrowheads) and in axons of root, either in longitudinal (white arrows) or transversal sections (white arrowheads).
